Who we are

About Livance

Livance is a medical travel facilitator. We help patients from across Africa, the Gulf, and South and Southeast Asia plan treatment at accredited hospitals in India — and we coordinate the practical parts: getting a specialist opinion, comparing hospitals, the medical visa, travel, and recovery.

We are not a hospital and do not provide medical care ourselves.

The process

How Livance works

Most patients reach us when they have a diagnosis and are trying to understand whether treatment in India is viable — and what it would take to get there. Here is what happens next.

1

Share your reports

Send us your diagnosis, scans or discharge summary. No obligation — this helps us understand what you need before recommending anything.

2

We find the right specialists and hospitals

We shortlist senior consultants and JCI- or NABH-accredited hospitals based on your condition, budget and preferred city. You compare options before committing.

3

We coordinate the logistics

Medical visa invitation letter, airport transfer, accommodation near the hospital, in-language coordinator — we handle the practical side so you can focus on the treatment.

4

Support during and after treatment

Your coordinator stays reachable throughout. After you return home, we help coordinate follow-up communication between you and your treating team.

Why India

World-class care at a fraction of the cost

The cost difference is real and substantial — not a compromise on quality. India's top private hospitals use the same globally certified implants, devices and medicines as facilities in the US or UK. The savings come from lower operating costs, not lower standards.

All-inclusive treatment packages typically 60–80% lower than equivalent care in the US or UK

Implants and devices with FDA (US) and CE (Europe) certification — DePuy, Stryker, Zimmer Biomet

Cancer centres following NCCN, ESMO and ASCO treatment guidelines

Senior consultants trained at Johns Hopkins, Mayo Clinic and Cleveland Clinic

Private hospital infrastructure comparable to leading international facilities

English widely spoken across clinical and administrative teams

Modern hospital corridor in India

JCI- and NABH-accredited hospitals

Every hospital partner holds JCI (Joint Commission International) or NABH (National Accreditation Board for Hospitals) accreditation. These are the internationally recognised benchmarks for hospital safety and care quality.

Experienced patient coordinators

Our coordinators speak English, Arabic, French, Swahili, Bengali and Amharic. They have handled cases across oncology, orthopedics, cardiac, transplant, fertility and neurology pathways.

Patients from 30+ countries

We work with patients from across Africa, the Gulf, South Asia and Southeast Asia. Most are referred through word of mouth from previous patients.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions

Is Livance a hospital or a medical facilitator?

Livance is a medical travel facilitator. We do not provide medical care, employ doctors or run hospitals. We help international patients find the right specialist and hospital in India, coordinate logistics, and support the journey from first inquiry to post-treatment follow-up.

How do you select the hospitals you recommend?

We only work with hospitals that hold JCI (Joint Commission International) or NABH (National Accreditation Board for Hospitals) accreditation. We also assess specialty depth, international patient infrastructure, and coordinator responsiveness before recommending any facility.

Do you charge patients for your service?

Our consultation and matching service is free for patients. We receive a referral fee from the hospital when a treatment is confirmed. This does not affect the package price you are quoted — hospitals publish standard international patient rates.

Which countries do you serve?

We primarily support patients from Africa (East, West and South), the Gulf (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar), South Asia (Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka) and Southeast Asia. We also help patients from the UK, Europe and beyond.

How quickly can you get me a cost estimate?

Send us your medical reports and we can typically provide an indicative cost estimate within 24 hours. For oncology and transplant cases that require multi-disciplinary review, it may take 48–72 hours.
